Eight working prompts for the jobs that fill a fundraising week — appeals, thank-yous, sponsorships, lapsed donors, the major-donor rehearsal. Every one built the way that actually works: context first, questions before drafts, your voice kept.

Try it right here

The eight workflows in the pack — and one of them in full, to show the shape they all share.

  1. 1 The appeal, interview-first
  2. 2 A thank-you that does not sound issued
  3. 3 The sponsorship pitch in their language
  4. 4 Donor patterns without the database
  5. 5 The lapsed-donor letter
  6. 6 Rehearse the major-donor meeting
  7. 7 The event follow-up, all of it at once
  8. 8 The impact story, told properly

№ 5 · The lapsed-donor letter, in full

Draft a letter to donors who gave [last gave when / to what] and have not given since. No guilt. Assume the lapse is our fault, not theirs: we stopped being vivid. Show them one concrete thing that happened because of donors like them since, from the context in this project, and one easy way back in. 200 words, our voice.
You would not walk into a six-figure conversation without rehearsing. Now the rehearsal partner is free.
Inside the file
  • The ten-minute project setup that makes every prompt twice as good
  • The interview-first appeal (no drafting until it has asked about the story)
  • A thank-you rule: nothing that could be mail-merged by any charity in the country
  • The sponsorship pitch that opens from the company's priorities, not your need
  • The impact story told with dignity — and a consent flag built into the prompt
