Eight working prompts for leaders — board papers, pre-mortems, hard emails, strategy days. Built around the move that matters most at your level: AI as a thought partner that questions you, not an answer machine you outsource judgement to.

Try it right here

The eight workflows in the pack — and the pre-mortem in full, because it is the one leaders copy first.

  1. 1 The decision thought-partner
  2. 2 The pre-mortem
  3. 3 The board paper from bullet points
  4. 4 The AI board (stress-test before the real one)
  5. 5 The hard email
  6. 6 Strategy day, prepared properly
  7. 7 Meeting recording to minutes and actions
  8. 8 The Friday review

№ 2 · The pre-mortem, in full

We have decided to [decision]. It is now twelve months later and it has failed badly.

Write the honest internal post-mortem: what went wrong, in order of likelihood, given everything you know about us from this project. Then turn the top three failure causes into the three cheapest things we could do in the next month to head them off.
Asked for strategy cold, a model returns the most popular strategy, not the best one for you. These prompts mean you arrive having already heard the hard questions.
Inside the file
  • The decision thought-partner: interviewed one question at a time, then options ranked with the case against
  • The pre-mortem: it is twelve months later and it failed — why?
  • Board papers from bullet points, with [NEED] flags where a director would pounce
  • An AI board — finance chair, risk director, mission purist — to stress-test papers first
  • The Friday review that finds what to delegate and what you keep avoiding

Take it with you.
